Create Accounting - Cost Management> "Inventory Organization" parameter does not show values in LOV.

 Hello All,
We are on R12.1.3.

When user tries to run Create Accounting - Cost Management and click on the input parameter = "Inventory Organization".

It does not fetch value and show "No entries found for List of Values".

MO: Security Profile is correctly set at responsibility level.

Kindly help.
