Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Claim Associate Earnings amount showing less than the Earned Amount.

Claim Associate Earnings amount is less than the Earned Amount. verified, no pending transaction, Offer has enough earned amount.

Not sure why the Claim associated earning amount is showing less.

Am I missing something?
