EIT's in Learning Management

 Hi,
I need to create an Extra Information Type (EIT) in Learning Management; it will be to record the instructor's signatures for the DC-3 format.

I created the IET and registered to a HR responsibility (Human Resources Application) but I can't register it for a Learning Management.

Does anybody know how to do it?

I'll appreciate your answers.
