iSupport Configuration steps
Hi,
I am configuring iSupport. The requirment is to create a service request and submit it through iSupport and the SR has to be processed in SR form (of Customer Support module) by service agents.
We don't require Knowledge base.
Could you please guide me with the configuration (setup) steps require to achieve this simple flow.
Also please let me know, once I done the TELE-SERVICE setup like SR TYPE, SR Status & etc, do I need to run any concurrent prograam to sync it with iSupport?
