Restrict receiver to specific BPA. Is it possible?

Hello gurus,
I would need your help/advice about my issue,

Having a BPA created and a Purchase Requisiton / Purchase Order for that BPA created too, is there any way to restrict the reception for that PO just to the Requester in iProcurement?
