Hi, wonder if you can assist.

 

We are currently using a paper system to charge our internal departments for basically anything. we will capture all the accounting information and the value of the item, then send this to be loaded on GL. So it is capturing a Journal on the system, transferring money from one department to another.

 

What i would like to know is there a tool or function on R12 that can assist by doing away with the paper system?
