Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi

When I configure Oracle Net configuration Assistant -> choose local Service name Configuration -> Add ->service name-> gsc

hostname-> exprod29 -> next

-> yes perform test

it will hang how to resolve this issues oracle 10g (10.2) window server 2003 r2

Any help highly appericated
