'RETURN TO' from Rejected and Removed Items page is not a HYPERLINK

Dear community,
I have found that the "Return to" text on "Rejected and Removed Items" page cannot be utilized to navigate between the pages because it is not enabled as a hyperlink.

Is there a Patch to fix this or this is a normal behavior of the application ?
