RPM_ORPOS_ITEM_LIST_GRP Related

Hi,
On what criteria  orpos publish ex batch picks the records from RPM_ORPOS_ITEM_LIST_GRP  table and creates ItemClassificationMod.xml file.

Because in our production ItemClassificationMod.xml daily goes to pos ...and it have same items and same classification1 .....
Why it not purged or why the RPM*ORPOS*PUB*EX batch picks already published records from it...
