Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Report output (In Excel) not generating properly in Germany

Hi,

We have developed one report (Excel format) in which output is generating properly in India.

But when the same report is submitted by user in Germany, report output is incorrect.

There is issue with decimals like 1.27 is displayed as 127 in Germany.

I will highly appreciate any inputs to resolve this issue.
