Group by in document builder - Very very urgent

Hello Friends

We have an issue with grouping requisition lines into PO

We deployed a patch in PROD last night and from morning system is grouping requisition lines into one PO line

We do not want to group the requisition lines, i tried personalizing the group by to requisition but no luck

The group by is defaulting to "Default" but i want it to be requisition

Is there any profile option to change the default setting for group by

We are in R12.1.2

We auto create PO from requisition manually by navigating to buyer work center > requisition > Add to document builder > create
