unable to create a price change or promotion request

 Hello everyone,
we are unable to create a price change request or promotion request in SIM 13.2.6. in the log we got this below error.

SEVERE: error while finding home interface(interface com.retek.platform.service.impl.CommandExecutionServiceRemoteHome) jndi-name(com/retek/platform/service/CommandExecutionService)
javax.naming.AuthenticationException [Root exception is java.lang.SecurityException: User: weblogic, failed to be authenticated.]

I checked the ant.install.properties file for SIM and i reinstalled the SIM application once again but still we are getting the same error.

can anyone help us regarding this.
