Issues adding a new target to OEM 10g

I have added a new database to one of the servers, that already contains a number of databases, all of them in the OEM. How do I enable new database to appear in OEM? I thought it would be done automatically but it has not.

When I go to Databases and click on add button, it asks me for the server name, and then shows me all the targets discovered on that server. There are about 6 databases, including the database in question and they all appear checked. Next I configured the database but when I went back to Databases, it is still not listed. Anything else I need to do?
