Questions about auto populating on the employee assignment screen

Hello,

Our HR department was wondering if they could have some of the fields on the assigmnet screen auto populate based on data they enter.  For instance, when they enter in an organization they would like the GRE under the Statutory Information tab to auto populate.  Also, when they select a Payroll they would like the timecard required on the Statutory Information tabe to either be Yes or No based on the payroll they select.  Is this possible?
