E-Business and Discoverer

My organisation is using E-Business 11.5.10.2 and Discoverer 11.1.1.6.

The latest CPU release from Oracle has CVE-2014-0398 and it relates to Discoverer as the affected sub-component. It would be my intention to apply this patch. There is also an SPU -

SPU Patch 17664562 and  which deals with Oracle Portal, Forms, Reports and Discoverer 11.1.1.6 home which is an Oracle HTTP Server 11.1.1.7 Patch. We are running Discoverer on WebLogic 10.3.6.

Do I need to apply this patch or indeed any patch listed under Oracle Portal, Forms, Reports and Discoverer 11.1.1.6?
