Webserver CPU spiking

Helllo,

We are on E1 9.1 TR 9.1.0.4 (upgrading this spring to 9.1.4.x).  All windows 2008 R2 SP1 servers.  We have 2 webservers using WebLogic 10.3.5.0.  We have 2 JVMs on each of 2 servers.  User count is about 20 per JVM.  We have had no performance issues since our upgrade in Nov 2012.  Over the past couple weeks, we have seen a couple scenarios where the CPU on the server is pegged:

1.  one JVM pegged the CPU on the server to 100%.  Users could still work in both JVMs, but performance was slow -- no crash.  When we moved the users over to the other server, one of the JVMs on that server suddenly spiked to 100% also.  There were 37 users on that JVM.
