Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hello

There is a field T4A that shows up in the Details under the Additional information while creating and expense report.

Would anyone know why is shows up and if so, how to disable that ? I tried to personalize and I can’t seem to find the personalization for it.
