USB external drive not detected on Sun M5000

Dear All,

I need your help to for bellow issue.

I have connected an USB drive on Sun M5000 (solaris 10). I want to copy files into this drive but it is not detected.

When i run rmformat command,  i can not  see my USB drive but i can just see the cdrom drive.

-bash-3.2# rmformat  
Looking for devices...
     1. Volmgt Node: /vol/dev/aliases/cdrom0
        Logical Node: /dev/rdsk/c0t3d0s2

How can resolve this issue
