Do we need to run the SQR to create new AMCHARTS.sqc?

We have renamed some delivered chartfields and we are using them for a different purpose. But I don't believe we have actually created any new chartfields. We are applying bundle 24 to FSCM 9.1 and it has delvered a new AMCHARTS.sqc. It says to copy in the newly delivered unless you use a non-standard chart of accounts, then run the SQR to create a new AMCHARTS.sqc. We have created the new and we are comparing it to the current. It looks like it contains the same fields but in a different order. We are not sure which one we should
