Calculation Parameter Setup on a RAC INSTANCE - BATCH_RUNNER performance issues

Hi,
we have hard performance issues on CN_TRX_INTERFACE. Moreover there are 6 batch runner that have started since yesterday and are still running (more than 24 hours).
I would like to understand if the issue could be related to Calculation Parameters. I found several notes about Calculation Parametrs setup but it is not clear what is the right setup for me.
Moreover OIC is working on a RAC instance.
