Service contracts error

Hi All,

When I am authoring a service contract and click on the Billing button in the pricing subtab of pricing/products tab. I am getting an error message. Anyone help me in overcome this error.

Error message

ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find the program unit being called in package OKS_QP_PKG procedure CALC_PRICE (2/2)

Currently I am using R12.2.3  version.
