Net RetryCount and Net RetryInterval Error Message

Hello,

Some Planning users are experiencing net retrycount and retryinterval errors while they are trying to submit data on the form.

I researched what our settings are in EAS and they are:

NETDELAY 1500
NETRETRYCOUNT 2800
NETTCPCONNECTRETRYCOUNT 100

I don't know if these settings are sufficient or if I need to add another one for retryinterval.

Any tips/corrective actions to take would be greatly appreciated because some users are getting frustrated with the application.
