Disappearing Forms

Hello,

From time to time, we experience times when the forms/folders we created in Planning are not accessible. When you expand the forms folder, sometimes one, two, or few subfolders are visible. All of the rest are not there anymore.

Even after repeated log-ins and log-outs nothing works.

What works though is if I shut down all Hyperion services and restart them again. After that, the forms all show up again.

Was wondering if anyone has experienced this and knows what to do to avoid more future occurrences.
