ORA-03137 [3120] []

Today I received a flury of  ORA-3137 TTC protocol internal error  while using Grid Control to enable flash recovery in my database.

I opened an SR, and discovered that another DBA in my enterprise has just received the same error while attempting to launch SQL Analyzer.

We've never seen this erorr at all in the past.  I've opened an SR.  Is there anyone out there that can shed light on that causes this ?

Any feedback /  input will be greatly appreciated .
