Quality check setup documentation depot repair

Hello,

Would like to know where to look for documentation on setting up quality plans for depot repair. Looking for any setup documentation  for setting quality plan checks for repair items once it is shipped and is ready for quality check before shipping out.

Any quidance or direction will be appreciated.
