DomainDaemon Hang

We are using DomainDaemon stopActiveServers to terminate active user sessions before continuing with the batch process. This had been working as expected, but for some reason, Monday night, that command hung and has hung every night since.
I remember dealing with this on an older version of RPAS, but I thought it had been fixed in 13.2.2.

I'm pretty sure I can work around it, but does anyone have any idea what might have caused this?
