Safty Stock

Is it possible to setup a dynamic safty stock in E1?

Example:

Currently we have 20 pcs of an item in safty stock and we plan to produce 40 units in January.

So Week 1 = 10 units Week 2 = 10 Week 3 = 10 and  Week 4 = 10

With the safty stock at 20, we can miss 2 deliveries and still produce the the goal of 40 units.

If in Febuary, we get a higher order of 120, then if 1 delivery is missed, we wont be able to produce all of the units.
