Error when patching

In EBS R 12.1.3 when applying patch  like adworker 1 is failled  worker log says  here is the error can we ignore if how can we say to ignore this error in while patching 

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/dbdata/DEV2/apps/apps_st/appl/ota/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/otukolms.sql &un_ota &pw_ota &index_tspace
