Error While Submitting the Charges on Debrief Form

 Hi All ,
While trying to submit  the Debrief for Labor and Expense items am getting the following error : Failed to retrieve the currency for price list with ID: 9.990000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000E+125).
We are using the Euro Price List . I have found a note in metalink suggesting a patch for the same . But the same was in 11i. Does anybody know what can be the issue
