How to create new Legal Classification Code for the Party

Team, please advice the steps to create new Legal Classification Code for the Party.I want to male customer classifications for tax purposes.

I've created Fiscal classification type (EBTAX-Parties-Party Classification), but can not find the place in the system where I can create Fiscal classification codes for this type and assign them to it.
