listener issue

 There is a database on 10204 oracle home but its services are registered with 10203 oracle home .
Now since the port number and other things have already been shared with users .Is there a way to get a listener with same port on 10204 oracle home.
I can't remove the existing listener on 10203 since it's supporting other database services also which is on 10203 oracle home .

Please assist me with a workaround below is the error coming while connecting remotely.


ERROR:
ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist
IBM AIX RISC System/6000 Error: 2: No such file or directory
