Reg updation of Po_Requsition_Lines_All Rate, Rate date

Team,

 

We have a customization to update rate date and rate in po_requisition_lines_all, checked with Oracle team about API to do so by raising a SR . They replied back saying that there is no such API to update the table.

Wanted to check with you if we can update the table directly or is there a way to attain this.
