HRMS Localizations Delivered by Oracle

Hi,

I need to implement ORacle HRMS for following countries:

- Taiwan

- Phillipines

- Vietnam

- Thailand

- Indonesia

I checked and couldn't find these in the Note "Latest Oracle HRMS Legislative Data Patch Available (HR Global / hrglobal) (Doc ID 145837.1)"

Does this mean, Oracle has not shipped these localizations and I should go ahead for International HRMS ?

I am confused because I can find "APAC Consulting Localizations - Taiwan - R12 (Doc ID 433677.1)".

Is Taiwan an Add-On localization? If so, do the patch provided works similar to that for Product localizations,and there is no difference for me as a customer ?

What about other countries (Phillipines, Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia) ?
