SPF File not getting generated in Siebel Files system Path

Hi All,

We have one Env and in the new spf files are not getting created when user login to applicaton.

Following is the error message in the logs.

ObjMgrLog         Error      1              0000061c52d618d0:0       2014-01-28 06:39:45        (dirmgr.cpp (637)) SBL-DAT-00176: The path '\\10.9.169.200\ISP_NonProdFS\trnfs_new\userpref' does not exist or is not a directory.  If the problem persists, please contact your systems administrator.

ObjMgrLog         Error      1              0000061c52d618d0:0       2014-01-28 06:39:45        (modpref.cpp (958)) SBL-DAT-00801: LoadPreferences: \\10.9.169.200\ISP_NonProdFS\trnfs_new\userpref\GUESTCST&Siebel Universal Agent.spf: Preference file directory not found.
