Do we need to stop cost manager??

Hi,

There are some trxns of date 29-Jan-2014 uncosted in mtl_material_transactions table with error as below;

error - ORA-01403: no data found
error explanation - Cost_Trx( 1000 ): ORA-01403: no data found

We have got Metalink note id 747929.1 for the similar issue and have also checked the below solution through this note id in test instance, and were able to remove the uncosted trxn.

Howeever 'Subledger Aounting Method=Standard Accrual' was already defined, we just removed that and again set the same. And then submitted the uncosted trxn and it has got processed.

Now my query is like, do we need to stop the cost manager while removing and re-setting 'Subledger Aounting Method=Standard Accrual'??
