Audit Trail - Unit of Measure.

Hi,
Is there any audit file for Unit of Measure.. We need to track which user made the changes to Item UOM.. F41002 only stores the last updated user details.. is there any other file which can give this Information 

In case there is no such file to track historical audit trail for changes to item UOM, Please advise how to enable any auditing feature on F41002.
