EBS R12.1.3 : Applications Multinode setup

Hi,
We are doing a new implementation of R12.1.3.     For production , we have the following architecture designed.

Db Server -    Database

Apps Server 1   -     WEB -  Apache HTTP server/ oacore
Apps Server 2   -   Forms /Mwa
Apps Server 3   -   Concurrent node.

I am following the note : Configuring Applications Node Services in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (Doc ID 406558.1) and I need some clarifications.

In the note it mentions the following

Applications nodes should have services enabled as follows:

  • Web and Forms Services: Root Services, Web Entry Point Services, Web Application Services, Other Service Group
  • Concurrent Processing Services: Batch Processing Services

Does this mean,  I cannot have a separate machine for   WEB and FORMS. ?    Please clarify
