we have problem slow of database

hello gurus,
     In the night i have several problem of slow time.
i see only the :
op 5 Timed Foreground Events

EventWaitsTime(s)Avg wait (ms)% DB timeWait Class log file sync317,048427154.32Commit DB CPU 219 27.86  db file sequential read43,139104213.26User I/O direct path read58,1971802.31User I/O
but i am not very sure and i do not know what i can do.

who can help me ?
