HR_PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F table

When running query using the HR_PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F table, the value of 'CURRENT_EMPLOYEE_FLAG' shows Y on employees that are termed.  Attached is a screen print of both the Enter Persons form and the System Admin form where we create the log ID.  Both shows a effective end date.  Where else could this Y be pulling from?
