Case Status

We are on CRM PSFT 9.2 PT 8.53

When I do search case  and case status is equal to Assign I  got correct search result.  But when I do  case status in (ASSGN, INFO, INPRO, INTER, NEW). it shows mix cases of provider groups . 

I'll really appreciate your help.
