ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist

  It's been happening a lot with our store where they encounter ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist problem and POS goes down. In general we restart the server and error goes away but it is a hassle to stores. Is there way that we can proactively look for this error? Has any encounter this situation?
