ROLL-UP GROUPS and FINANCIAL STATEMENT GENERATOR - 11.5.10

We created Summary Templates and ROLL UP GROUPS which WORK SUCCESSFULLY; however FOR ALL THE PARENT ACCOUNTS THAT NOW HAVE ROLL-UP GROUPS, that data no  longer shows up on the FSG reports (UNLESS I RUN THE FSG UNDER THE SAME RESPONSIBILITY THAT WAS USED TO CREATE THE ROLL-UP GROUPS; A SUPERUSER RESPONSIBILITY).  None of the users use a superuser responsibiity?  So what step did I miss?  Why does the data show on the FSG from a superuser responsibility and not the supervisor responsibility.

As of now the workaround was to REMOVE THE ROLL_UP GROUPS until we could figure out the issue!!
