Siebel - Disable Automatic Trailing Wildcards...

Hello,
We have "Automatic Trailing Wildcards" set to TRUE by default as it is Siebel standard. It looks like it is causing the query to run slower in some of the screens. So I was trying to set it to "FALSE" to see how much it helps but came across some challenges.

I could find the parameters in the CFG file in the SWE section. I could not find the parameter in the Server configuration in the application either. Then I checked the advanced parameters on the 'srvrmgr' command line but could not find it there also.

Finally I thought let me set the parameters in the CFG file manually and set them to FALSE and bounced the server - it did not work either.
