Batch Export - P04423

We are attempting to export the P04423 report. This program is included in the 00/BE UDC by default. I can get a file to generate in all sort of formats (csv, txt, xml), but it doesn't seem to include any data past the first couple of columns (name and address number). Am I missing something here to get these extra details. Have tried a combination of Y/N flags in the Spooled File Export Parameters, but nothing seems to work.
We are on A9.3.1 GU2.
