DB performance after SIA upgrade

Hello,

We are working on an upgrade from 8.1.1.3 SEA to 8.1.1.11 SIA.

We are seeing high memory utilization of 15GB in our QA environment. Our QA environment is a single server which contains the SQL Server 2008R2 DB, Microsoft Server 2008R2, a Single Siebel Gateway, a Single Siebel Server, and a Single Siebel Web Server.

After a reboot with only SQL running, the Memory Utilization is about 6GB, then when Siebel is turned on it goes up to 8GB. After awhile it goes to 15+GB and stays there. Even after stopping the Siebel Gateway and Server Services, the Memory Utilization remains around 13-14GB.
