R12.1.3 : unable to load java onto database

Hello,

we currently have a R12.1.3 environment with a 11.1.0.7 database both on solaris sparc 64bit servers

I have complete a fresh clone of production onto a development environment. The clone was completed as per the Oracle cloning document for R12.

The post clone steps to start the application completed sucessfully and autocfg completes sucessfully without any issues.

I have been trying to apply patch 16000686 RUP6 for HRMS

the patch fails when trying to load java or jar files into the database.

I also tried reloading jar files to the database using adadmin option 3 and option 4. below is the screenoutput for the loading jar files
