Thread 1 cannot allocate new log, sequence

Hello All,

I have been having "Thread 1 cannot allocate new log, sequence 694" for the past 3 months consistently in the database.

Currently, i have 5 Redo log files which are of course multiplexed and each log group has size of 536870912 bytes.

Archive log backup is done every 30mins hence the "Alter System archive log"

I am in between adding more logfiles or increasing this size, but not sure what is appropriate.

Please, can someone advise.
