How to Define Geography Structure for County, City for US tax Setup

Hi Guys,

I intend to setup Sales Tax for US territory. I started  with pre-req setup i.e. geography hierarchy in Trading Community Architecture Manager. There is seeded defined structure for 'Sate' but remaining geography types are there i.e. County, City and Postal Code but their structure not defined. How can we first define structure of these County, City and Postal Code so we can 'Manage Validation'.

Please suggest me how to define structure of remaining County, City and Postal Code geography types.
