DB Upgrade - Program Execution database

Hi all,

I'm planning to upgrade a test environment from 9.3 to 9.3.3.

I downloaded all the files, Java, Java Patch and Weblogic.

Right now I'm configuring AUT files, I decided to upgrade the DB in place.

Reading the documentation I read instructions to configure psupgrade.properties and peupgrade.properties.

I'd like to know what does Program Execution database mean?

It's a simple installation, for study purposes, and all the parts run in the same Windows XP machine.
