Distribution Batch Transaction Headers Missing

Hi, I've been encountering some missing batch header which occur ocassionally for all of the distribution transaction batch types such as N, O and V. I'm currently on the E9.0 system. Assistance and advise on this matter would be appreciated. Thanks
